Southbound traffic on Higuera encountered a large tree that had split in half and dropped on Vieni Vai Trattoria, 690 Higuera Street, this morning. San Luis Obispo City workers barricaded two lanes and trimmed remaining branches that threatened the traffic signal and The Natural Cafe.
