Science: What does evolutionary & scientific research tell us about how we came to be and how we function as a social, political, & spiritual species. Wisdom: What have we learned about the nature of wisdom and its cultural value? Future:How does understanding our evolutionary past guide us in building a sustainable future? Beside formal presentations, there will be ample time for informal discussion. There will also be significant opportunities for sharing organizational work, important books, upcoming conferences and initiatives through displays, special focus sessions, and website information. New research and scholarship of “young” students of all ages will be shared through poster presentations. Various modes of sharing scholarly, artistic, and multi-media expressions of both science and wisdom will enrich the conference experience.
